How to make Corn Salad

Here we recommend you the easiest and tasty way to add Corn in your diet plan in the form of healthy Salad.

Servings for: 3

Ingredients to make crunchy Corn Salad:

1 ½ cup corn kernels (frozen)

1 medium sized onion chopped

1 medium sized tomato chopped

1 cucumber chopped

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp olive oil (optional) or can use melted butter

1 tsp chat masala

1 tsp garam masala

½ tsp chilly powder

½ tsp chilly sauce (if you like it spicy)

Fresh coriander for garnish.

Salt to taste

How to make Corn Salad:

  • Take a deep bowl for mixing all ingredients. Put corn kernels, onion, tomato, cucumber in to the bowl and mix well.
  • Now add lemon juice, salt, chat masala, garam masala, chilly powder and chilly sauce and mix it well.
  • Transfer it to the salad dish. Garnish with some coriander leaves and serve.


Note: you can also serve this Corn Salad in to a papad cone. In that case you have to mix Salt at the time of serving.
