How to make Corn Salad
Here we recommend you the easiest and tasty way to add Corn in your diet plan in the form of healthy Salad.

Ingredients to make crunchy Corn Salad:
1 ½ cup corn kernels (frozen)
1 medium sized onion chopped
1 medium sized tomato chopped
1 cucumber chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil (optional) or can use melted butter
1 tsp chat masala
1 tsp garam masala
½ tsp chilly powder
½ tsp chilly sauce (if you like it spicy)
Fresh coriander for garnish.
Salt to taste
How to make Corn Salad:
- Take a deep bowl for mixing all ingredients. Put corn kernels, onion, tomato, cucumber in to the bowl and mix well.
- Now add lemon juice, salt, chat masala, garam masala, chilly powder and chilly sauce and mix it well.
- Transfer it to the salad dish. Garnish with some coriander leaves and serve.
Note: you can also serve this Corn Salad in to a papad cone. In that case you have to mix Salt at the time of serving.
